Thank you for your interest in planning an event at the First Universalist Church of Norway.

Our Sanctuary is a classic New England meetinghouse style and is an ideal space for weddings, baby dedications, and memorial services.  Musicians prize the room’s excellent acoustics and our well-maintained Steinway grand piano which make the sanctuary a popular choice for recitals and concerts.  The sanctuary has an occupancy capacity of more than 275.

Our social hall, known as the Concert Hall, on the lower level, is suitable for gatherings of up to 150 people.  The room may be set up in various ways, and the use of tables and chairs is included in the rental fee.  The adjacent kitchen may also be rented.

You don’t need to spend thousands of dollars to have a memorable wedding and reception.  Our recently renovated Concert Hall rivals any local venue for elegance and grace.  The room is also suitable for for other events, such as family reunions, birthday parties and even dances.  Because there is a stage, the Concert Hall can be used for small theatrical productions.

Rentals are available for the church Sanctuary, Concert Hall, Kitchen, Barnes Room, Meeting Room, or the entire church if needed!  Please call the office for scheduling details.
